Gloucestershire-born Adrian Baker brings a deeply holistic and community-driven approach to all aspects of his life and work. With a long career in financial services, Adrian has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for 42 years, a global organisation that recognises professional excellence and a commitment to ethical service.
He has also served as a Board Member and President of the MDRT Foundation. At the heart of Adrian’s approach is the belief that truly understanding each person as an individual is key to providing meaningful support – whether it’s through finances, community service, or personal mentoring.
This approach also underpins many of his community contributions. He is the co-founder of Baby Check Bath, a community benefit company that provides free osteopathic care to babies whose families would otherwise not have access to it. He is also the co-founder and trustee of Wotton Animal Rescue, a charity that rehomes cats and dogs. In addition to his professional and charitable work, Adrian is a 5th dan black belt martial artist who has been training and teaching for many years. His daily martial arts practice is more than a profession – it is a lifestyle that influences his values, focus and connection to energy. He also enjoys horse riding and dressage, which he sees as a natural extension of his martial arts journey, deepening his awareness of balance, presence and harmony with nature.
