Solomon Hicks is an internationally sought-after speaker, career coach, and consultant who has been working in the life insurance industry for more than 55 years. For more than 35 years, he was an agent at Prudential Financial, where Sol became one of only two agents in the company’s more than 130-year history to win the prestigious President’s Trophy Award seven times. In addition, he received the President’s Citation Award 21 times and was a member of the Million Dollar Round Table for 38 years, achieving 27 Court of the Table and 28 Top of the Table qualifications. Recently, Sol was inducted into the Financial Hall of Fame and also received the Worldwide Chinese Life Insurance Lifetime Achievement Award.

As an author, Sol has written three books: Wise Guys Finish First , The Secret Life of a #1 Salesman , and Making Disciples . He is currently working on a new book set to be released this year.

Married to his wife, Carol, for 60 years, Sol’s love story is legendary. He proposed to her the day they met, and after being turned down for 84 days, she finally accepted. Sol mentors over 150 agents worldwide, believing that success is not only attainable but also transferable.
