His speaking career began in 2014 when he made his debut in Asia at the MDRT event, receiving a standing ovation. Since then, he has worked with over 100 insurance companies in 38 countries, revolutionizing the way agents attract and retain customers. In addition to training outstanding agents and executives, he works closely with CEOs and insurance associations, earning him deep respect in the industry and a growing impact. Many of his mentees have gone on to become top-performing agents and influential leaders in their own companies.
Beyond the insurance sector, Eric is also known as a successful entrepreneur, running three seven-figure businesses and receiving numerous accolades, including being named one of the JCI’s “10 Outstanding Young People in Singapore” and the National University of Singapore (NUS) “10 Most Outstanding Alumni”. A committed advocate for mental health, he has over a million followers on social media and uses his platform to inspire, educate and spark valuable conversations. He firmly believes in using influence for good and is committed to helping people succeed — not just in business but in other areas of life as well.
We first invited him to Hungary in 2017, when digital applications in insurance sales were still looking for pioneers in Hungary, while Eric was already promoting proven international practices. A year later, at the request of Generali Insurance, we invited him to Hungary again. Both times he was a huge success. The relevance of his arrival at this year's anniversary Congress is that while we are still getting to know the possibilities of AI in Hungary, Eric is drawing attention to proven AI-based industry business models and teaching them!
In 2017–18, he successfully prepared his audience for digital transformation and the use of social media – this contributed to the survival of many of us during the pandemic two years later.
Eric is preparing for the October congress with concrete AI application methods, immediately applicable, simple, effective techniques. He will welcome participants with a keynote speech on the first day of the congress, and with practical ideas in his workshop the next day!
